The 2020 Education and Development Committee has been busy and is thrilled to announce new networking and education programs with CE. Mark your calendars!

    • Output from the 25 by 5 Symposium to Reduce Documentation Burden on U.S. Clinicians by 75% by 2025Scheduled to present: Sarah Rossetti, RN, PhD (Assistant professor, Columbia University) 
  • On June 22, 2021 (6:00- 7:30pm; Virtual) 
    • The Future of Nursing 2020-2030 Report (National Academy of Medicine): Scheduled to present committee member, Victoria L. Tiase, M.S.N., R.N. (Director of Research Science and Informatics Strategy at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and NAM Committee on the Future of Nursing 2020-2030 Member)
  • September 21, 2021
    • Nursing Informatics Research: 2 Years in Review; Scheduled to Present: Andrew B. Phillips PhD, RN ( Associate Professor, MGH Institute of Health Professions)
  • On October 19, 2021 (5:30-7:30p; The Conference Center at Waltham Woods & Virtual),
    • NENIC will welcome back Dr. Patricia Brennan RN, PhD (Director, National Library of Medicine) for a dinner event at Waltham Woods! We are planning that we will be able to safely meet in person and cannot wait!

NENIC & NE HIMSS- CE Opportunities!

NENIC is proud to have partnered with NE HIMSS for their annual spring conference on May 11-13, 2021. This year's theme will be " Empowering People to Impact Health Through Technology". May 13, 2021 will be a day dedicated to multi-disciplinary day focused on Clinical Informatics and offering up to 6 CE ( RN's, MD's, and Pharmacists)! Click here for the agenda and to learn more. NENIC & CIN- Journal Club

Join us on June 3rd, 2021 for our next journal offering: 

Registration will be open soon and you will receive the article to review  1 week before the program. This will be a CE offering.  We continue our exciting partnership with  Wolters Kluwer/ CIN: Computers, Informatics, Nursing for these exciting offerings.
